HOW TO SURVIVE THE SUMMER WITHOUT A THIGH GAP (VIDEO)

Ok, ladies. This might be a topic that makes you uncomfortable but I’m here to tell you that it’s a problem WE ALL HAVE. Well, most of us.

It’s Summer. For most of us, it’s hot as balls. Sorry, but, I really can’t think of a better way to explain it. Literally the other day I was standing outside and could feel streams of sweat dripping down the back of my leg. Beautiful.

Anyway, during this time of year my favorite and most preferred thing to wear is a dress. It’s easy to throw on, lightweight, and if you’re lucky you might get a summer breeze blowing through your legs here and there!

But here’s the biggest hang up for all of us with no thigh gap: what do you wear underneath the dress so that your legs to chafe themselves into absolute misery?!

I get lots of readers asking me for the best shorts to wear underneath and I have to tell you that shorts are a NO GO in my book. They always hit at a weird spot on my thighs, not to mention they ride up constantly. Therefore, I’m constantly adjusting them in public. Not really how I want people to see me living my life.

A few years ago, I discovered the POWER PANTY by Spanx. I was so scared to try these because I hate anything that hugs my booty. And the last thing I wanted was a massive panty line!
