Whether or not you’re headed out for Spring Break, a family vacation, or a girls weekend… here are some outfits that I am packing for our trip to the beach in April! I know how overwhelming packing can be, so I hope this is helpful!

1. TEE SHIRT (B) | SHORTS (35/20) | SANDALS

This Arula smiley tee is SO fun and I love the color! The weight of it is NOT thin, but it still feels super soft if that makes sense at all! It runs a little oversized and I have it in a B. These Abercrombie shorts are SHORT, yes, but listen… I’d rather skip the part about shorts where you’re constantly pulling them down from your thighs. If they’re short enough, you don’t have to mess with them, haha!! As always with A&F denim, size up!! These sandals are one of my favorite Walmart finds so far this year… they’re so comfortable AND CUTE!!!

Where to Wear?!

This is definitely a daytime running to the store and walking down to the beach look for me!

2. DRESS (2X) | SANDALS

This Walmart dress is adorable (and I got it in another color too)!! It runs true to size and I love the length. The colorway is just SO fun, and I really love it because you can style it so many ways. These sandals are some of my favorite new finds… simple, but beautifully detailed with that texture. They are wide width, but they still work on my not so wide foot.

Where to Wear?!

You could really dress this up for a nice dinner, dress it down with flat sandals for a casual dinner, or wear it during the daytime to do anything! Super versatile.

3. TANK (XXL) | SHIRT (XXL) | SHORTS (20) | SHOES

She’s breezy! This look gives me all the laid back, calm beach vibes and if I can channel that frequently that’d be great, haha! I layered the cinch tank underneath and oversized, soft almost sheer button up from American Eagle. AE doesn’t technically make plus sizes but these things worked! Across the board, I’ve noticed their tops run generous and their bottoms run small. Speaking of bottoms… I love these mom shorts from AE - the length is perfect and they have the perfect amount of stretch! Just be sure to SIZE UP in them! These platform sandals are so easy to pair with anything! And oh so comfy.

Where to Wear?!

I plan on wearing this during the day and maybe to a casual dinner!

4. TOP (2X) | SHORTS (XXL/20) | SHOES

This top from maurice’s was a FIND! I really didn’t think I’d be able to style it so many ways but the options are endless! It runs slightly generous, and I am wearing my regular size. I paired it with these $13 floral pull on shorts from Walmart, which run generous. I am wearing the XXL which they describe as a 20. One thing I love so much about this look in particular is how I styled two prints together and they work beautifully! These platform sandals are so easy to pair with anything! And oh so comfy.

Where to Wear?!

You could dress this up or down, easily! So the options are endless! Wear it to dinner, date night, girls night out, or throw some sneakers on for shopping or boppin’ around town!

5. TOP (18) | SKIRT (B) | BRA | SANDALS

This Arula black maxi skirt is MY NEW FAVE! I am so glad these are trending again! I am wearing the size B and it fits true to size. By the way, this skirt is on clearance right now and fully stocked! I am enjoying finding ways to style it, and thought it was so fun with this crop top from Lane Bryant! This top runs true to size! I am wearing my strapless bra that I have had for years and years! These sandals are some of my favorite new finds… simple, but beautifully detailed with that texture. Where to Wear?!

You could definitely wear this to dinner or lunch, or really any daytime outing on vacation.

6. TOP (2X) | SKIRT (2X) | BRA | SANDALS

This top and skirt from Amazon The Drop — I am low key dying over. The color (comes in a few!!) and the QUALITY of how it’s made!! It runs a bit generous, and I really could use a size down in the top but I also really want to wear it at the beach next week so I am going to attempt to shrink it, haha! The skirt fits true to size. I am wearing my strapless bra that I have had for years and years! These sandals are some of my favorite new finds… simple, but beautifully detailed with that texture. They are wide width, but they still work on my not so wide foot.

Where to Wear?!

So, on vacation anything goes… you really could wear this during the day if you wanted. However, for me, I plan on wearing to the night where we go to a nice dinner! It will also look beautiful in sunset beach pictures after!

7. TOP (18) | SHORTS (1X) | SHOES

This Lane Bryant top is a GEM that I am looking forward to wearing the rest of Spring (and honestly, probably during the Summer as well). I love the length and neckline, and the print is just fun enough but not too wild! It runs true to size, I am in the 18, for reference. These platform sandals are so easy to pair with anything! This one feels super casual to me, so I would wear this around town during the day!

8. DRESS (2X) | SHOES

Last but certainly not least, this dress from one of the (in my opinion), coolest brands ever. Show Me Your Mumu has started making most of their styles in plus size and I absolutely could not resist the retro vibe of this! It is pricey…. but I will be sure to alert you when it goes on sale! It runs generous, by the way, and I am in the 2X and there is a lot of room. These platform sandals are SO COMFY and I love them!
