5 DAYS OF PLUS SIZE ATHLEISURE
Hey friends! There’s nothing I love more than feeling cute AND comfy — all at once. Today, I’ve rounded up the plus size athleisure looks from this week so it’s easy to reference. BONUS, A lot of these looks are sweat resistant — YES PLEASE! Let me know if you want to see more!
For reference, here are my typical sizing details:

DAY 1

Honestly, I love outfits like this because it feels pulled together but is SO comfy! It’s a great day to night look, because you could easily end the evening at a restaurant with the fam. You could wear this to the grocery store, kids sports games, running errands, college classes, etc!
If there’s one thing I love it’s these athletic skorts that have compression! I can do the 2X but I sized up to a 3X which gives me a little more length (I’m 5’8 for reference)! I love this color. The crop top can definitely be worn as an athletic top (you’ll want a sports bra underneath) but I wanted to give it the illusion of a regular top so I am wearing my strapless! I paired it with this oversized flannel from Abercrombie — this exact one is old but I linked a similar one here, I’m in the XXL and it feels roomy on me, for reference. Absolutely love these white platform Converse sneakers, and they’re fully stocked at Nordstrom right now. Love these tortoise sunglasses from Amazon!
DAY 2

I am not kidding when I tell you this is literally my uniform most days. These joggers feel like butter, I mean seriously. The pockets? YES PLEASE! These sneakers are actually COMFY AF for $23, I wish I was joking. Don’t even get me started on this blanket cardigan, it’s only $20 and NO, not a joke. SHOCKER. I know. Where should you wear this? More like… where shouldn’t you. Maybe not date night or business casual situations… But, definitely, anywhere you want to be cute, pulled together, AND COMFY!
I love these Freely joggers SO much - I’m in the 2X but I would have been okay in the 1X for sizing reference! The sports bras run small though so I would be more comfy in a 3X - I’m a 42DD. Cardigan feels like a blanket I can’t stop wearing, I’m in the 2X and probably could be ok in the 1X. maurices makes some really great t-shirt options and this one is wonderful. It runs generous, so I’m in the 1X. These Walmart sneakers I am soooo impressed with!!! They are cute, easy to slip on, and COMFORTABLE!!!
DAY 3

WHERE TO WEAR:
This outfit is so sporty, but so realistic. You could obviously wear this on the golf course or to play tennis, but unfortunately I’m not currently participating in any of those activities. But you better. believe, I’m still wearing it, baby! This outfit is sweat proof, which definitely means you’ll catch me on the playground with my kids, running errands, grocery shopping, even volunteering at the kids’ schools in this look!
Is she a golfer?! A tennis player?! Just a chic, comfy lady out on the town?! All I know is that whoever she is, she ain’t sweating! 😅 This skort with compression and top from Spanx are SO great for anyone that hates to sweat!!! I personally think you can wear this kind of look anywhere. The skort runs true to size but I sized up to a 3X for some extra length. The top runs true to size, but if you’re worried about the hips, I would recommend taking a size up. I’m in the 2X, for reference! These On Cloud sneakers continue to be my all time favorite sneaker because they’re so comfortable and I can wear them all day long!
DAY 4

WHERE TO WEAR:
Your girl LOVES an oversized hoodie. But in order to avoid looking like a teddy bear, I really feel like the bike shorts show off the legs. That being said, I’d recommend wearing this too: the grocery store, carpool, running errands, casual date night, movie night, even bopping around town on Fall/Winter vacation. HECK. You could even rock this at a theme park, such as Disney, in the winter! Get it girl.
Okay, your girl LOVES a long hoodie with bike shorts! Especially when it’s a warmer winter, I love to let those legs free!!! These Nike shorts run true to size, I’m in the 1X but need my regular size 2X. The hoodie is men’s, actually, but who cares? It’s an XXL TALL and the size is 💯 for my body. Love this belt bag from Amazon and you can also get the extender for it! Once again, my new fave Walmart sneakers - these are so good you guys!
DAY 5

WHERE TO WEAR:
This outfit is the perfect mix of casual, elevated athleisure… especially if you don’t have your life together… because If there’s one thing I know, a matching set screams “SHE’S GOT IT TOGETHER.” That being said, I’d recommend wearing this to the grocery store, maybe for a light walk through park this fall, taking your kids to the playground, shopping, dates to the movies, casual lunch, even casual meetings with friends. One important to thing to note… the gold jewelry — adds a subtle, yet extremely important touch. It pulls everything together, and amplifies your class. Don’t forget about these sneakers, they are my new fave!
OH YES SHE DID 💅 how could I not try this matching set that was trending from my childhood?!!! I love this look so much, especially with the tuckable tee that looks like a bodysuit that isn’t! My only issue is that the joggers and jacket run a bit small and I think ideally I’d love a 3X, but I really love the slim fit of the pant! I’m wearing an XL in the tee and it fits like a 1X usually does on me. Love these Walmart sneakers!
