WHAT I WORE // SWIMWEAR - PART 1 It’s about to be swimsuit season!!! Did reading that make you gasp with excitement or did it freak you out a little?! If you’re like me, your answer is probably a little of both. I am a recovering body hater — which means, no matter how small I forced my body to be in the past — I always always ALWAYS hated what I saw in the mirror. I would do things like self medicate, aka drink a lot, so that I could function in social settings with my body on display. It was a real, very common and very serious issue that I have worked really hard to dismantle. Just know that it’s normal to be triggered by swimsuits not fitting properly, and it’s also normal to have to try on 10 before finding 1 that feels right.

Pretty in pink!! I love this bikini! Like how stunning is this suit? This short sleeve, square neckline bikini is so unique - It’s the Puff Sleeve Bikini Top and High Waisted Bikini Bottom from ELOQUII. Not only is it a square neckline top, you can pull the sleeves down and make them off the shoulder. It is so comfortable and generously sized. It fits like a dream, and I could dance around all day in this Bikini because of how good it makes me feel.

The tie-dye is in full swing! This Old Navy Bikini is just adorable. I usually size up in swimsuits so I did that with this one, but it’s too big — so order your regular size and you should be good! The Bikini top runs generous, I got this top in a size 3X and the cups are too big. For reference, I’m a 42EE. The bottoms also run large, and I got them in a size 3X and could probably size down one. These sell quick, so here are very similar pieces also from Old Navy if this one is quick to go! Tie-Dye Secret-Slim Underwire Cinch-Tie Plus-Size Tankini Swim Top and Tie-Dye Secret-Slim Underwire Plus-Size One-Piece Swimsuit are both from old navy and are the tie-dye just like this one!

I’m feeling this bikini so much - it’s got to be my favorite. This is giving me the best summer vibes and makes me feel, dare I say it — kinda sexaaay! This beautiful Bikini top is the BELLE HALTER UNDERWIRE BIKINI TOP from Swimsuits For All. It’s one of the most well fitting bikini tops I’ve tried; it's super supportive and has cute and fun details from the stripes to the tie in the front. Now — can we take a moment to appreciate these bikini bottoms?! They are the GABIFRESH PROWLER HIGH WAIST BIKINI BOTTOM from Swimsuits For All. They are a faux leather high waist bottom, ALL things I am here for! They are stunning, and I can't believe how great they fit. This bikini has got me feeling fine! Size up!
