It’s one of my favorite times of year — I actually love hosting, and I am so excited to be in a home where we have space to do so. When we first decided to have family here on Thanksgiving, I knew I wanted to create a beautiful tablescape using my tried and true Thyme and Table black and white medallion stoneware dishes. Since both colors are neutral, we basically had a blank slate when deciding on a color palette. Walmart once again made it super easy to find all the additional Thanksgiving tabletop inspiration I needed! From bakeware to decor pieces, they seriously have it all. You can easily shop everything or click on specific categories.

The first thing that jumped out to me was the teal 6.5 qt teal cast iron dutch oven. Wes and I have both really wanted a new dutch oven to add to our kitchen so this was a great starting point. Also, a bright burst of color sometimes is all you need to get your creative juices flowing which was definitely the case here. Seeing the vibrant jewel tone I immediately thought of all the rich colors we see in the fall and my inspiration just started flowing.

I knew I was going to need some new pie plates because one of my favorite Thanksgiving traditions is making my famous Chocolate Cream Pie and Key Lime Pie (recipes below). These Pioneer Woman pie plates came right up in my search. After grabbing those, I noticed these gorgeous plum iced tea glasses. I thought of that teal dutch oven that I had just added to my cart I knew that I had to add these too, the tones were just perfect together.

Ok - I’ve got to side bar for just a minute… I actually scooped up an additional pie plate and server to gift to my Mother-N-Law! I thought it was such a perfect gift for someone who also loves to host and/or bake!! While I was shopping through all the options, I wound up on one of Walmart’s Gift Guides and wow. Let’s just say I got completely off track for a bit (haha). I spent way too much time in the Home Gift Guide specifically. You can shop by price, design expert picks, or persona. I especially loved that there was a whole guide for White Elephant exchanges and DIY Gift Supplies!! I am also grabbing this adorable set of Cuisinart Oven Mitts and this Bamboo Cheese Cutting Board to gift to another family member. Sharing a couple other home finds below.

Now, back to my tabletop! Once I had those key items, it was just a matter of adding a few serving pieces that I’ve been needing for my dish collection. So - I grabbed the Thyme and Table serving bowl set. I also grabbed this Cambridge Utensil Set in mirrored black to finish the whole look. I LOVE that we went with a black and white base to decorate off of.

What I’m Wearing: Absolutely OBSESSED with this ELOQUII Elements Wrap Dress I snagged while shopping for all the tabletop items!! I am wearing a Size 20. Size up if you’re in between.
