SIZE INCLUSIVE SALE ROUNDUP // Anthropologie, J. Crew, Madewell, LOFT
It’s Columbus Day weekend, and a lot of retailers are having big sales. As a plus size woman - this can be so overwhelming! As we are transitioning into Fall weather, I like to be very intentional about the items I buy and why. This year we saw a lot of movement in the fashion industry towards more size inclusivity, and now would be a good time to try some higher quality clothing for really affordable prices. Like, we’re talking Target prices, people! A lot of these items also come in standard!
I’ve broken things down to hopefully make this super easy for you to shop. Disclaimer: I have used affiliate links in this post and if you click on an item and make a purchase through that link, I may receive a small commission which helps keep this blog running. Thank you for your support!
ANTHROPOLOGIE: I know it seems to be all I talk about these days, but it’s because they seriously have the best selection and the best sizing AND THE BEST QUALITY plus size clothing I have ever tried. The end.
J. CREW: Most things are size XXS-3X - J. Crew isn’t always a one-stop shop for everything and their sizing tends to run small, but they are really good for certain pieces. Generally I go there looking for dresses, statement tops or solid tops and great coats or cardigans. Here are the steals you gotta check out! They’re 40% off everything and 50% off SALE right now!! I typically order a 3X or a 20 in tops at J. Crew. USE CODE GOBIG at checkout.

MADEWELL: I fell in love with this store years ago but was never able to shop there because of the size range. Last year they introduced extended sizing and I absolutely LOVE the denim, most of all. But I’ve had success in tops size 2x-3x as well. In denim, I wear 34 or 35, for reference. They are hands down the best quality and fit of denim ever. And the shorts are amazing too. I also really love their simple midi skirts, I have a few of them.
